Marton cum Grafton WI , September 2023
This September, I had the pleasure of joining the wonderful ladies from Marton cum Grafton Women's Institute for their first meeting of the season. What a warm welcome I received! As a guest speaker to the 48 attendees, this was possibly the largest presentation I have ever made and I have to say, I thoroughly enjoyed the evening. Some wonderful questions and keen volunteers.

From the Parish news letter:
"The guest speaker was Joanna Weatherill, a local reflexologist. She gave an informal talk on the history of reflexology and her own route to delivering reflexology treatments. During the summer clients had their treatments in a bell tent to the lyrical sound of bird call and gentle rustle that swaying leaves make. She has future plans for her well being treatments to be part of a full retreat experience with glamping pods and a cycle café. Joanna also gave one lucky member a sample relaxing foot treatment, watched intently by the other forty seven present! Another member had pressure applied to specific pressure points on her feet that are connected to certain organs and body systems of the body to illustrate both the relaxing and complementary therapy advantages of reflexology.".

F.Y.S.O.T. June, 2022
Find Your Sense of Tumour is a biannual conference held by the Teenage Cancer Trust. This June I've had the privilege to work with the most amazing complementary therapy team at the event, providing treatments to some of the bravest and inspirational young people I've ever met together with parents and TCT staff. What an fantastic and humbling experience it has been.

Reflexology in the Bell Tent, May 2022
In aid of St. Leonard's Hospice.
This May, I offered reflexology taster sessions in a bell tent at a Family Fun Day in Shipton by Beningbrough. A beautiful spring day enjoyed by all, lovely to meet some locals and visitors to the area. All profits went to St. Leornard's Hospice.
